1. Comprehensive cardiovascular risk assessment

   a. Laboratory evaluation to determine any genetic risk markers for heart disease, stroke or diabetes
   b. Office visit with board certified lipidologist or clinical lipid specialist that includes interpretation of laboratory testing and treatment recommendations.
   c. Optional CIMT (Carotid Intima Media Thickness Evaluation)
       i. Not routinely covered by insurance
      ii. $299 includes scan of both carotid arteries, vascular age determination and interpretation of testing with certified clinical lipid specialist

2. Consultant services. We are available for consultation for any condition relating to your heart health.

3. CIMT  Carotid Intimal Media Thickness Testing (can be obtained as a standalone service). The fee of $299 includes scans of both carotid arteries, vascular age determination and interpretation of testing with certified clinical lipid specialist.

4. Weight management

   a. Comprehensive cardiovascular risk  assessment with ongoing office visits  as determined appropriate for medication monitoring and optional support group attendance. One-on-one office visits typically covered by insurance if there is a diagnosis other than weight management alone.
   b. Support group participation at additional cost
   c. Medication management as appropriate
   d. Diet and exercise prescriptions and ongoing counseling
